Meet the Team
Nardine Assaad, M.D. – Pediatrician

Dr. Assaad graduated Medical School from Alexandria University School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the Children’s Hospital of Sinai in Baltimore in 2005. She then joined the pediatric inpatient team at St Joseph Hospital. She worked in the inpatient unit, the nursery, labor and Delivery, the Pediatric After hours, as well as the Emergency Room. She then moved to the outpatient practice in 2010, where she has been woking since then.
Dr. Assaad is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has special interest in Asthma, ADHD and Behavioral Health.
She is an active member of the AAP ( American Academy Of Pediatric Medicine).
“I am a mother of four wonderful children, three boys and a lovely girl. I am happily married to Dr. Isckarus, who shares my passion for patient care. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching the blessing of my four children grow every day. We are a family that loves the beach, and we go there at any given opportunity.
I am an active member in my church community. I enjoy teaching Sunday School, as well as leading the youth through different events, life coaching and helping them grow in their Christian Faith.”
Adina Noff, CRNP – Nurse Practitioner
Adina was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. Since graduating, Adina worked at Sinai Hospital in the Neuroscience unit for two years and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for five years. In 2013, she completed her Masters of Nursing at Johns Hopkins University and became a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in private practice since 2014 and joined our group in July 2017.
Adina lives in Baltimore with her husband and four young children. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Brooke Turnbull, CMA, CPT – Medical Assistant
I am the CMA/CPT in the back office at Towson Pediatrics. Assisting Dr Assaad with children’s healthcare has been extremely rewarding at our practice. I have a passion for healthcare and It’s my pleasure to help in any way possible. My journey to Towson Pediatrics is filIed with experiences in all different areas. I have been working in the health field as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist since 2013. My past experience entails training 100’s of MA’s as a preceptor for the Maryland and Virginia market for a large corporation. I have also worked as a scribe for Medical Director at a high volume center. In my spare time, I currently teach classes part time for the Medical Assistant program at CCBC. Jennifer Stokes, Front Office
Jennifer was born and raised in Harford County, MD, and has recently moved to Middletown, MD with her family. Before Towson Pediatrics in 2017, she worked as an optician for over ten years. She is a people person with a huge heart who loves children so she fits perfectly in pediatrics. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys any activity that involves her husband and boys by making memories with traveling. Carolina beaches and Disney hold number one in her heart.
Ashley Coe, Office Manager
Ashley was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She moved to the Parkville area when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Loch Raven High School.
After graduating high school, Ashley became a member of Towson Pediatrics working full time and attending College. In 2016, She graduated from CCBC with her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood.
In 2017, Ashley married her best friend and together they are raising their children. She loves eating crabs and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Ashley has grown up around children her whole life. She loves to care for others and be the support that parents need.
